HELP & FAQs

Questions, answered.

The essentials about KINN, the protocol and how to use it — without the jargon.

About KINN

Who is KINN for?

KINN is designed for adult men who want to take a more considered approach to fertility supplementation — whether they are already trying for a baby or planning ahead.

What makes KINN different from a standard male fertility supplement?

KINN starts with the formulation rather than the format. We look at the ingredients, forms and daily amounts used in published human research, then build the routine around them. That means we do not limit the formula simply to make it fit into one tablet or capsule.

What do you mean by a fully dosed protocol?

We mean that the amount matters just as much as the ingredient name. KINN uses fully disclosed daily amounts chosen with reference to published research and established nutrient functions. It does not mean using the highest possible dose of everything — it means every amount should have a reason behind it.

The Protocol

What is included in the KINN protocol?

KINN combines a range of separately dosed nutrients including carnitines, NAC, ubiquinol CoQ10, ashwagandha, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, vitamin D3 + K2, lycopene, alpha-lipoic acid and omega-3. You can see the full daily amounts and the reason each one is included on The Protocol page.

Why is KINN a 90-day protocol?

Human sperm production takes roughly 74 days. KINN uses a 90-day framework so the routine covers approximately one full sperm-production cycle rather than treating fertility supplementation as a quick fix.

Why does KINN use separate bottles instead of one all-in-one capsule?

Because meaningful daily amounts take up physical space. Trying to squeeze everything into one or two capsules usually means compromising somewhere. KINN lets the formulation decide the format, not the other way round.

Why will different bottles contain different numbers of capsules or softgels?

Different nutrients need different daily servings. One bottle may need one capsule a day while another may need two. The quantity in each bottle is designed to match the 90-day protocol, with clear instructions included in the box.

Taking KINN

When should I start KINN?

If you are planning ahead, starting around 90 days before you want the protocol to have covered a full sperm-production cycle makes sense. If you are already trying for a baby, you do not need to wait to begin.

How do I take KINN each day?

Each bottle is clearly labelled and the box includes a simple daily guide showing what to take and when. The number of capsules or softgels varies by nutrient because the dose comes first.

Do I need to change my diet or lifestyle as well?

KINN is designed to sit alongside the fundamentals of good health, not replace them. Exercise, diet, smoking, alcohol, weight and other lifestyle factors can all be relevant to male reproductive health.

Can I continue KINN after 90 days?

The 90 days are a meaningful starting framework rather than a hard finish line. If you want to continue beyond that point, follow the product directions and consider your wider circumstances, particularly if you are taking medication, receiving fertility treatment or using other supplements.

Fertility & Safety

Does KINN guarantee better fertility?

No supplement can guarantee pregnancy or a particular fertility outcome. KINN is built around nutrients and daily amounts selected with reference to published research, including studies looking at semen parameters such as concentration, motility and morphology. Those findings are useful, but they are not the same as proving pregnancy or live birth.

Can I take KINN alongside IVF, IUI or other fertility treatment?

If you are undergoing fertility treatment, taking medication or managing a medical condition, speak to your clinician before starting KINN. A supplement should support the wider fertility journey, not replace medical assessment or treatment.

Can I take other supplements alongside KINN?

Check the labels carefully before combining products. KINN already contains substantial daily amounts of several nutrients, so taking another multivitamin or fertility supplement at the same time could unintentionally double up your intake.

Is KINN only for men with an abnormal semen analysis?

No. KINN is not only for men who have already been told something is wrong. It is also for men planning ahead who want to take a more considered approach to their health and fertility before they ever reach that point.

Many of the nutrients in KINN also have recognised roles beyond fertility. For example, vitamin D contributes to normal immune function, muscle function and healthy bones; zinc contributes to normal testosterone levels and immune function; selenium supports normal thyroid and immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress; vitamin C also helps protect cells from oxidative stress; and vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

So while KINN is built around male fertility, the protocol also includes nutrients that support wider health.
